SAL is attending SRA’s webinar about ethnicity pay gap reporting

The Solicitors Regulation Authority are hosting a webinar about ethnicity pay gap reporting on 24 September 2025 from 13:00 to 13:45, which the Society of Asian Lawyers shall be attending.

Although ethnicity pay gap reporting is currently voluntary, the government recently consulted on making it mandatory for larger firms. This webinar will help firms get ahead of this and learn from those who are already using their data to create a fairer, more inclusive workplaces.

This is free webinar, and will benefit attendees where they can:

  • find out about the current landscape of ethnicity pay gap reporting
  • hear good practice from law firms who already publish their ethnicity pay gaps
  • get a chance to put your questions to the panel.

Legal professionals wanting to understand more about ethnicity pay gaps and how they can use this to encourage diversity and inclusion in their firm.
