Nazia Razaque

Nazia is a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor. She has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of non-contentious commercial property work. She advises clients on disposals and acquisitions of commercial property, funding investment property, commercial development and all types of landlord and tenant work. She has acted for a broad spectrum of clients including franchisors, major banks, pension funds, private individuals and investors locally, nationally and internationally across a range of sectors including charities, energy and retail.

Nazia was delighted to be elected onto the SAL committee in December 2018 and is looking forward to working with the rest of the committee and its members over the next year. Nazia will be part of the Asian Legal Awards team working on organising the most awaited event in SAL’s calendar, the Asian Legal Awards 2019!

Nazia has previously been a committee member for the Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers Division. As part of her role she supported and represented the views of its members. Nazia hopes to engage with the SAL committee and its members to ensure that their views are also represented.

Nazia is also a member of the Nottinghamshire Law Society and the Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers Division.
